My Senior Thesis:
My senior thesis project was inspired by the Milwaukee County Zoo's Wild Lights show. I created an illustrated map and zine that has a fun, interactive checkpoint challenge. I then created some promotional materials, such as holiday cards and a poster.
There were many moving parts of this project, such as animal stickers, character designs for the animal family, visiting the zoo for accurate checkpoints, and learning to design a cohesive branding package.
This was the most fun I have had with a project. I loved the marketing and playfulness of it.

‘Elizeth’ Type Specimen
At first, this project was a challenge for me, but then it reminded me to always keep consistency and hierarchy in mind. I had so many different ideas for layouts and had to rein myself in.
The design is based on the rationalist design era, with it being so structured, but I added a twist of modern with the gradient and color palette; The typeface, Elizeth, also draws inspiration in the same way. I loved how Elizeth came about, so I wanted to echo that in my designing.
